What is Goplay11 fantasy cricket?
Pick 11 real players inside a credit cap, set captain (2x) and vice-captain (1.5x), enter a contest room before the match locks. Your points follow the real match ball by ball.
How much does it cost to start?
₹1 practice rooms run on every fixture. Deposits go through UPI from ₹100, and the lobby is free to browse before you commit anything.
Do I need the APK to play fantasy?
No — the browser (H5) lobby runs every contest with the same account. The APK (v1.10, 3.19 MB) adds app-only bonuses and lock-time notifications.
When can I edit my team?
Until the match locks at start time. The smart window is right after the toss, when playing XIs confirm and benched players must go.
Is fantasy cricket legal in India?
It's recognised as a game of skill in most states, for players 18+. Rules differ by state — check yours before paid contests.

How many players from one team can I pick?
Up to 7 from a single side in an 11-player XI, within the credit cap shown in the contest.
What happens if my player doesn't play?
A player outside the final XI scores zero. That's why the toss window — when lineups confirm — is your most important edit time.
Can I join multiple contests with one team?
Yes, and you can also build multiple teams for the same match where the room allows it.

Do economy and strike-rate bonuses apply in all formats?
They weight heaviest in T20. The exact per-format table shows inside the app before each contest.
Does a captain's duck still double?
Multipliers apply to whatever the player scores — including negatives where duck penalties apply. Stability beats ceiling for the C band.
Who gets points for a run-out?
Both the fielder effecting it and (where applicable) the thrower earn fielding points, per the in-app table.

Why does the impact player rule matter for fantasy?
It reshuffles batting orders mid-match and can bench your pick's involvement. Reread confirmed roles after the toss, not just names.
Are IPL mega contests worth entering?
Only with genuine differentials. Template teams drown in six-figure fields — small leagues pay solid XIs far more reliably.
Which IPL venues favour bowlers?
Chepauk and the slower surfaces reward spin-heavy builds; Chinnaswamy and Wankhede favour top-order batters. Venue history shows in-app per fixture.

In megas, no — ownership kills upside. In H2H, yes — stability is the whole game there.
How much do C/VC calls actually matter?
In close rooms the multiplier gap decides most results. Two identical XIs with different bands finish rooms apart.
